CHRISTMAS BASKET REGISTRATION 2019
(only for clients who are not members of another food bank)
Registration for our Christmas basket program will take place on the days/times listed below. There will be NO phone calls made in advance to remind families of the dates so please keep this notice in a safe place if you wish to register. No registrations will be accepted after these dates.
SPACE IS LIMITED and registration is on a first come first serve basis.
Tuesday, October 22rd: from 6pm – 8pm
Saturday, October 26th: from 10am – 2pm (if space is still available)
ONE LOCATION ONLY THIS YEAR
**Documents will need to be presented at registration – proof of address, all medicare cards & proof of income **
THERE IS A $5 REGISTRATION FEE THAT MUST BE PAID AT THE TIME OF REGISTRATION
